The second generation of SonoTAP, SonoTAP II, has fixed injection tubing to prevent leakage and a colour-coded hub for quick gauge identification.

The SonoTAP II needles also feature the patented Cornerstone Reflectors for optimal needle echogenicity, regardless of the insertion angle.
